Been off running for 10 days and it's killing me. My spirit and motivation is slowly declining. I'm not able to 'run' for another week, but I am able to do some short technique exercises, which will hopefully lift my mood.
Still eating like I'm running and have put on 1.5kg. This also isn't helping with my mood. Not that I need to worry about my weight, but no girl ever likes to put on weight.
I just want to get out there and run but I've gotta hold myself back and get back to 100% before pushing it beyond repair.
Just bought some running gear from wiggle.co.uk Should be here just in time for the Canberra Times 10km fun run, which by the way I'm not allowed to run for a time but I'm allowed to participate... physio's orders!
