Whenever I am aiming for a PB I always set two goal times.  The big goal is there to really push me, but then I have a back up goal so that if I don't make the big goal, I'm still happy with my results.  This keeps me motivated and keeps my spirits high.

today, 31 July 2012 - (easy) 10km in approximately 1:05
